Apple Ford's Service Department is prepared to meet all of your service needs - from warranty work to factory recalls, major or minor repairs, and preventative maintenance like our Quick Lube and monthly service specials. We follow the Ford Quality Care Maintenance Program to ensure the ultimate performance and preservation of your vehicle. In addition, we recently introduced Ford's new initiative: "Around the Wheel" to monitor brake and tire wear and signal when these wear items need replacement. |

The entire Service Department, from the Service Advisors to the technicians, with just over 136 years of experience, prides itself in doing the highest quality work in the most efficient manner possible!
Apple Ford's Service Department is staffed by 30 Ford/Lincoln/Mercury factory trained technicians with 77 ASE certifications, technicians, as well as 4 Maryland State Inspection licensed technicians. Each technician enhances his/her education via the FORDSTAR satellite network system and participates in ongoing technical training without ever having to leave the building! Our technicians and managers receive approximately 3500 hours of advanced training each year. Apple Ford also boasts one of the highest numbers of Master Technicians in the nation!

Monday thru Friday 7am to 7pm
No Oil changes after 6:15pm
Saturday 8am to 5pm
No Oil changes after 4:15pm
Apple Ford offers convenient access to your vehicle's repair status through our Service Receptionist available Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at (410) 290-1903 x1223. For fastest service on your vehicle, you should call to arrange for an appointment; we will strive to schedule an appointment for you within 24 hours. We also offer the convenience of late drop-off service for after hours. For your added convenience, we also feature our free Service Shuttle System to transport you to work, home, or a local destination. Shuttle hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday and 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. If you prefer waiting for your vehicle, you may use our comfortable waiting lounge!
